Coverage Options

ADT offers three vision plans – Core Vision offered by XP Health, Enhanced Vision offered by XP Health, and the Enhanced Plan through EyeMed. A regular eye exam can help you manage your overall health and well-being. Exams can help keep a pulse on common health conditions, such as diabetes and high cholesterol. Core Vision offered by XP Health

The Core Vision plan offered by XP Health will not require a paycheck contribution, but you must take action during your enrollment window if you would like to be enrolled in this option.

• Comprehensive eye exam: Get an annual, in-person eye exam at one of 99,000 vision care access points or online prescription renewal for $10
• $35 lenses with all doctor-recommended lens enhancements
• Access to our frame selection at up to 75% off retail

Enhanced Vision offered by XP Health

The Enhanced Vision plan offered by XP Health requires a small paycheck contribution but provides members with 500 frame options for $0 out-of-pocket costs. Additional frame options are up to 75% off retail costs.

• Comprehensive eye exam: Get an annual, in-person eye exam at one of 99,000 vision care access points or online prescription renewal at no cost to you.
• 500 frames at no cost: Pick from over 500 frames at no cost to you or choose from over 1,000 more name-brand options at direct-from-warehouse prices (average 75% off retail). One pair of glasses annually.
• Doctor-recommended lenses: All eyewear includes doctor-recommended lens features at no cost to you, a $200+ savings.
• Contacts: In lieu of eyewear you may apply your benefit toward an annual supply of contacts $180 off retail

Enhanced Plan through EyeMed

The Enhanced Plan through EyeMed has higher premiums per paycheck, but generally lower out-of-pocket fees and higher allowances for products.

The Enhanced Plan provides coverage and/or discounts on:

• Exams
• Retinal imaging
• Frames
• Lenses
• Contacts
• Laser vision correction (LASIK or PRK from U.S. Laser Network)
